Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing standards.

Measurements provided on product pages should be used as the primary reference when purchasing. Customers are responsible for checking measurements before placing an order.

Chenai Studio cannot accept responsibility for garments that do not fit as expected where measurements have been accurately provided.

Section 5. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or brokerage fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Section 6. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued where appropriate.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Chenai Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • customs clearance;
  • postal or courier delays;
  • severe weather;
  • industrial action; or
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.

Section 9. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import charges.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Chenai Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Due to the unique nature of vintage and second-hand clothing, customers are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, eligible returns must be made in their original condition, unworn after delivery, with any original tags still attached (where provided).

Returns may be refused where items have been damaged, altered, washed, or worn after delivery.

  • photography;
  • graphics;
